Mobolaji Durodola: President & Chief Executive Officer
Mobolaji is responsible for the leadership and overall management of the company. Prior to Quaint, Mobolaji worked for The Dow Chemical Company, Shell Oil Company and has been a consultant & advisor for integrated petrochemical and Oil & Gas grassroots developments to a varsity of NGO’s and government entities in emerging geographies. He holds a B. Sc degree in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and currently pursuing his M.B.A degree with specialization in global management from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France.
Seun Solesi : Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Seun Solesi is the COO and Vice President of Strategy & Consulting. Prior to joining Quaint, Mr. Solesi had several years of experience working with large multinational companies such as GE, Air-liquide and DuPont. He has taken responsibilities that include Research & Development, Process Engineering, Six-Sigma project Consultant, Process Safety Consultant, Market Research Analyst, and Business Strategy Consultant. Mr. Solesi has B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Energy, Economics, and Environment (E3) from Illinois institute of Technology in Chicago. He also possesses a MBA degree with specialization in Business Intelligence / Strategy from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France.
Thomas Sherman : Chief Financial Officer & Vice President Trading
Thomas Sherman is responsible for Quaint's financial reporting, tax planning, structuring, risk management and trading. Additionally, he performs due diligence in these areas on potential investment opportunities and assists in various matters for the related entities. Thomas also assists Quaint Solutions as needed in legal structuring, organizing internal accounting and reporting controls as well as assisting in general management. Prior to joining Quaint Solutions, Thomas was COO and CFO for World Capital Advisors and Commonwealth Capital Management, boutique investment management and mutual fund firm. He was involved in all aspects of business including maintaining corporate accounts, partnership and limited liability company formation, acquisitions and strategic planning. Thomas holds a B.Com. in Economics and Finance from Ballarat University, Australia, and is currently finishing his MBA at Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France, with a specialization in Finance. Thomas has a passion for snowboarding and travel, he currently lives in Grenoble France, with his wife Sarah.
Alfred Achar : Vice President Asset Management & Operations Reliability
Alfred Achar comes with proven hands on multi-lingual team leadership, with more than 15 years international experience and broad technical, management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities in an industrial environment. Practical experience in design, construction, startup, commissioning and operation of a new chemical/oil/gas facilities, and implementation of various plant reliability/engineering programs as capital project management, capital budgeting, CMMS, planning and scheduling, technical purchasing and materials management, TPM, RCM, RCFA, SPC, preventive/predictive technologies (Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Thermography, Ultrasound, Laser Alignment, Motor Circuit Analysis, NDT) OSHA PSM, GMP’s, and personnel skills/training.
MS Degree in Engineering Management, BS Degree in Chemical Engineering, Certified Maintenance & Reliability Profession, and Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader.
Gideon Nyan :Vice President Business Development & Strategic Alliance
Gideon Nyan has seven years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with Johnson and Johnson and Prometheus Laboratory where he was responsible for territory management, sales, and contracts. He holds a degree in chemistry from Jarvis Christian College where he graduated cum laude. As a social entrepreneur he has founded a systems based non-profit organization that aims to develop health, education, and community in developing countries. Gideon has been involved in many grass root business development projects through private partnership, government initiatives and with different NGO’s in many emerging geographies. He leads the business development initiative and strategic partnership alliance for the Quaint Solutions Company.
Dr. Sulaiman Oladokun : Technology & Trading Manager Asia Pacific
Dr. Sulaiman Oladokun Olanrewaju is a chattered engineer with a PhD in Marine Technology. He has held several positions as an expatriate lecturer for marine engineering, marine energy and marine environment impact & risk assessment. Dr. Oladokun joins Quaint with practical experience as a liaison between industry and academic research, and has been involve in high level consultancy with new academic research applications. He has supervised various university postgraduate students on variety of innovative topics including research activities in marine technology development, marine transportation, marine operation & maintainability and supervision of marine vessel construction. He has sailed as a marine engineer on-board ocean going vessel and always willing to take challenges with industrial professionals, and to share experiences & knowledge for academic contributions and for sustainable practice development.
Dr. Oladokun is responsible for the technology research development, technology risk assessment and trading in Asia Pacific for the Quaint Solutions Company. He has published several engineering articles and book on marine technology. He is fluent in English, French Arabic, Yoruba, Djoula and Malay.
Lanre Durodola:Business Development Manager
Lanre Durodola joins Quaint as a leading consultant in marketing and new business development, with a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning. Prior to joining Quaint Solutions, Lanre was a senior consultant for various multinational companies where he led corporate business development and new client information systems development. Lanre holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Keller School of Management in Chicago with focus in International Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in Chicago.
Akin Akinseye:Business Development Manager
Akin Akinseye is responsible for the Real Estate Asset development, Industrial site layout & integration design for the Quaint Solutions Company. Akin joins Quaint with years of experience in real estate transactions, projects development and commercial client relationship management. Prior to joining Quaint, Akin was a real estate consultant for AA Acquisition; structuring industrial, commercial and residential real estate development projects. He was aslo a logistic specialist with RoadCo in the transportation industry. Akin holds a B. Sc degree in Business Management.
Wale Adegoke: Business Development Manager
Wale Adegoke is a technology executive with over 10 years of operational experience in the competitive IT & Energy Industries, emcompassing various roles in Field Engineering, Program Management, Business Development and Renewable Energy Consulting. Wale is a graduate of DeVry University in Chicago with a B.SC in Electronics Engineering Technology.
Gbenga Coker:Business Development Manager
Olugbenga Coker is an outstanding engineer with impeccable record in the oil and gas industry. Specialized in hydrocarbon field development and management, He graduated with a Master of Science degree in Oil and Gas engineering from the University of Aberdeen in the UK and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Lagos State University with associated PMP training. He has worked with multinationals like Gulf Agencies and Shipping, MRS Oil and Gas, Divex Subsea and Well Dynamics. He is presently specialized in Engineering Project Planning, Development and Commissioning especially within the Energy Industry.
Ademuyiwa Ojelade:Business Development Manager
Ademuyiwa Ojelade is responsible for developing and managing new businesses within the Oil & Gas and Energy industry, specializing in the integration of telecommunication applications within the industry. He is currently based in the United Kingdom and brings a wealth of management experience in the communications industry and has worked for multinational companies like virgin mobile and dixson group of companies to name a few. He holds a BA in business and a post graduate in management from the University of Bedfordshire.
